I recently hired Xtra Pair of Hands for some household tasks. While the service was satisfactory overall, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The team arrived on time and completed the tasks as requested, but I felt that the attention to detail could have been better. Additionally, the communication could have been more proactive. However, they were polite and professional throughout.
