I recently purchased a watch from Shinola Detroit and I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the quality. The strap started to come apart after only a few weeks of wearing it. I expected better from a company that prides itself on its craftsmanship. The customer service was also lacking, as it took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response. Overall, I would not recommend Shinola Detroit.
