I recently interacted with a local government website in our area. The website of the city of Big Rapids offers a good amount of information about the community and its services. The layout and design of the website are user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. However, I did encounter some issues with outdated information in certain sections, which was a bit frustrating. It would be great to see more frequent updates to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. Overall, it's a decent resource for residents and visitors, but I hope to see improvements in the future to enhance the user experience.
