I recently used the services of this brand and digital company. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The overall service was good, but I felt that there was a lack of creativity and uniqueness in the designs. The team was friendly, but the communication could have been more proactive. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected more value for the cost. I appreciated the timely delivery of the project. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of innovation and customer engagement. Overall, a decent experience but not outstanding. 😐
