The process of signing up was quick and easy. What I appreciate most about Fidelity is their responsiveness. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, their customer service team is always there to help. However, I wish they would improve their website interface as it can be a bit confusing at times. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service.
