We have been using Luxembourg Online for 3.5 years now and are very dissatisfied especially since the last 6 months. In the beginning it was more typical things such as the customers were not informed of any modifications made and we learned only by not working the Internet and television that there was an "upgrade" for our equipment. While this is probably only bad customer service, we have been constantly having problems with television for 6 months. It has always been difficult because it is based on the Internet and when many devices are used, the TV will also impair but we are in the situation that it did not work since February / March. The television is constantly hanging out, and the unit announces it new register has what takes so just under 1 hour. We have now 20 phone calls after us as well as replacing all the equipment and LOL does what? nothing. No solution, no help, no activity. Therefore I can conclude for us that the product is bad as well as the service of the team, since there is no solution from the company even after 6 months.
