I have been a customer of ctiai.com for many years and I must say they have been consistently average in their services. They have a decent range of products and their prices are reasonable. However, their customer service could use some improvement. It takes them quite a while to respond to queries and sometimes their responses are not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
