I have been a member of the Darien YMCA for over a year now and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The gym has a wide variety of equipment and the staff is friendly and helpful. The classes are great too, with knowledgeable instructors. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak hours, but that is to be expected. Overall, I highly recommend the Darien YMCA!
