I've been a customer of Astel communications for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The website astel-comms.com is easy to use and navigate. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the solutions provided are not always helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Astel communications has been average.
