I recently joined the Grundy Family YMCA and I'm so glad I did. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of classes and programs offered is impressive, and there is something for everyone. I especially enjoy the group fitness classes, which are led by enthusiastic instructors. Overall, I highly recommend the YMCA as a place to work out and be part of a supportive community.
