FOUR MONTHS to get a custom license plate! AFTER the MONTH it already takes for them to process the forms! Not to mention, when I asked about the form I turned in for the license plate, I got "we don't have it" as a response (which didn't stop them from taking money from my check I submitted with it). I called again and read the number they printed on the check and ALL THE SUDDEN: BOOM! The form magically appeared! They searched by name: no form found, license plate number: no form found, but when they searched for the number from the check BOOM! Tell me what the deal with THAT is?! Is it an outsourcing problem? Made in China? That's how long it takes a product from China to arrive from any other site! That's bad service!
