I had a wonderful experience at Swansea Body Kinetics. The staff was welcoming and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I tried their meditation class and it was so calming and rejuvenating. The instructor's guidance was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I would highly recommend this place!
