I ordered flowers for this past Valentine s Day for my girlfriend while I was out of town. They said it would be guaranteed delivery between 9-6pm. Large window but that was fine. My girlfriend calls me around 6:30 to check in and say hi, thinking she was calling to thank me for my flowers. Nope. They still had not arrived and the florist never called me to tell me about a delay. I had to call the 3 TIMES to complain and notify them that they had not been delivered yet. My girlfriend had to wait in her car until almost 7:30 to receive the flowers. They didn t even offer ANY type of compensation. They were pretty flowers but that s the only thing positive I can say. Unacceptable and it ruined my surprise for her. I would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible.
