I am a property manager with over a 140 tenants spread across several shopping centers that combine for several millions of square feet. As you can imagine signage is a big deal for my tenants as well as the company. I have had numerous tenants use Commonwealth sign and I have not heard one bad thing communicated and have only heard great things. They perform based off their word and execute with precision. The staff is very kind, always smiling plus they laugh at my bad jokes. I get a sense of a family owned operated business that treats everyone with equal respect which has also been validated through my tenants, so I can speak with certainty with an unbiased perspective. As a property manager I want nothing more than for my tenants to be succesful and it all starts with signs. Just recently Commonwealth completed 4 major pylon signs for one of the shopping centers. They were on time and communicated progress to me. The end result is beautiful. Their pylons really cleaned up the shopping center and advertise well for the tenants inline. McDonald's would not be half of what they are today without the golden arches. Be sure to trust the right company for your sign and to brand with your emblem/business name correctly ! I recommend going with Commonwealth Sign Company.
