Ask for Zak! While the service was pricey $300 for my backed up kitchen sink, Zak was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job. Note to MOM ... you did a good job with this one!! Be prepared to hear about their service contracts and other areas around the house that might need attention (that might not be a bad thing). If I didn't have a great handyman at home, I'd even consider it. All in all ... I'd call them again.
