I recently had the opportunity to work with The Factory Interactive, and I have to say, the experience was average. While their website was well-designed and easy to navigate, their customer service left much to be desired. The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Additionally, their pricing was a bit on the high side compared to other companies offering similar services. Overall, I would rate my experience with The Factory Interactive as average.
