Although care was sufficient for my family member'...

Although care was sufficient for my family member's stay, it appears that The Briarwood does not keep track of medications ordered for patients. We were billed by two different providers of medications. One was covered by Medicare, the other, of course, was not. This resulted in a very large charge for medications that were not received or dispensed. To date, The Briarwood has made no effort to correct their mistake.
