I have been a customer of Principles: a ray dalio company for several years now and I must say that their services are average. They have some good principles in place but there is still room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, their customer service can be slow at times and their prices are a bit high. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
