Patrick was awesome!! He was very friendly and helpful with places for a foodie and the staff as well. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe and it was nice. The showers felt fantastic!! I loved the balcony that was screened so you can sit or eat without mosquitoe bites! It is well worth the cost and pool 2 was heated and not freezing cold, very comfortable it went only to 5 feet which was perfect for the younger kids. There is also another pool. Pool 1 also has a Jacuzzi but another guest said it was a little hot. They also came and handed out snacks. This seems new as there is a lot of renovations (elevators have blue tape in them so not pretty but it worked fine) but the rooms are great. The cons would be that the hallways are more of a square so you have to maneuver the rolling cart and there isn't an elevator directly straight up for each building. There are stairwells that go directly up to the rooms. So for the elevator there was one on each side of building 12 and you have to walk around 200-300 feet. Sure if I told the staff I needed easy accessibility they would have put me in a better unit but my husband could make the walk. I wish they planned some more adult activities like adult bingo they had a good amount for the kids. It was also very quiet and peaceful here. I love how you can donate unused food to the community food pantry!!!! Kitchen was great just wish it had one open cabinet to put food in because the cabinet on the island had pots pans and bowls. We used the island and top of the bar to put our food. The cabinets below the sink could use an upgrade. Definitely see them growing and becoming better and would recommend families and adults to come. We would return again.
