As a U.S. Citizen who has served in the United States Navy for 8 years, and a disabled U.S veteran, I was not attended to after 4 hours of waiting outside the consulate. Could not acquire a passport or just basic information about traveling for my family and I. This is the most difficult situation for a U.S. Government Employee...I am highly disappointed about the treatment of U.S. Citizens, Disabled veterans and U.S. Government Employees at this location.
