I left some clothes in one of the dresser drawers ...

I left some clothes in one of the dresser drawers and when I called in there was nothing that was turned in. I know I left them so I asked that they please check the drawers, perhaps it was missed, and the response was: no sir, our staff checks them every time . Could it not have been accidentally missed this one time? Apparently not. They offered no alternative options to at least give time the peace of mind that it s all gone for good. A simple look in their logs and a quick no without any effort to look harder or call a different department. Very displeased with this service. Usually I look to stay at a Westin because of the outstanding service they offer.
