I recently used the planning and zoning services provided by boundarycountyid.org, and while they were generally helpful, I felt that there was room for improvement. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I found the process to be a bit slow and bureaucratic. It took longer than expected to get a response to our application, and there were some confusing steps along the way. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I hope they can streamline their processes in the future.
