I had a so-so experience with Rugged Tech. While their website was easy to use and their product selection was good, their customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my query and when they finally did, they weren't very helpful. The product I received was average and didn't meet all my expectations. Overall, I would say that Rugged Tech is just an average company.
