I made an appointment for my 15,000 mile service for the day and time I needed. The service person told me it would be 1.5 hours to wait and he was on the money. The charges were as he also said on the phone The waiting room is nice but noisy as you hear all the service personnel working and laughing. All was great with the car. Don't know if they have a car wash, but my dirty little car was still dirty, but no big deal. I will be back for sure because the other Hyundai dealership in town where I bought the car scratched the body and I never went back.
