This is in reference to one property that Pillar manages: Aperture on Fifth.
We have been wanting to speaking with a representative about the poor quality of service that we have repeatedly experienced from their staff at the named building.
My biggest concern is who lazy and incompetent they are in addressing safety issues in our building. We have had numerous break-ins in both the mail room and countless others from inside the "secure" garage. When is the staff going to make a public announcement to all residents? If this were your personal belongings wouldn't you be upset at how the staff is not proactive in keeping us safe?
And the maintenance staff? How many more times do I have to witness their laziness in fixing basic maintenance issues in our unit? If they don't fix it, they will break it further.
This is beyond ridiculous and have yet to hear anything back from corporate on these concerns.
