I recently went on a trip organized by a travel agency and it was not a pleasant experience. The website I used to book the trip was poorly designed and difficult to navigate. The customer service was also subpar, as they were unresponsive to my inquiries. The accommodations provided were below par and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I would not recommend using this company for your travel needs.
