Our experience with Ventura Holidays Pvt Ltd was average. The tour was not well-organized, and the hotel accommodations were below our expectations. We encountered a few issues throughout the trip, but the customer service team was helpful in resolving them. Overall, it was an okay experience, but we expected better.
