I have been a customer of Vedco, inc. for many years and I must say that their service is average. While their products are good, their customer service could use some improvement. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of products to choose from. However, when I had an issue with one of my orders, it took a long time to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate Vedco, inc. as an average company.
