I had the opportunity to use a logistics service recently and chose Drake Logistics LLC. The experience was satisfactory overall. The shipping process went smoothly, and my items were delivered on time. However, I found the customer service lacking. There was a delay in responding to my inquiries, and the staff lacked knowledge about certain aspects of the shipment. Nevertheless, the overall service was acceptable.
