As a customer, I have mixed feelings about the American Kitefliers Association and their website, kite.org. On one hand, their dedication to promoting kite flying is commendable. They organize various events and provide helpful resources for beginners. However, I find their website's design and navigation somewhat outdated and confusing. It could benefit from a more user-friendly interface and better organization of content. Overall, they are doing a decent job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
