I have been a customer of Pcs Insurance Group INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. The website pcsins.com is user-friendly and I appreciate the ease of navigating through it. However, the rates they offer are not competitive compared to other insurance companies. The customer support is responsive but can be slow at times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
