This is the second time I ve refinance with Sutherland Mortgage. I refinance 5 years ago at a very reasonable closing cost. Quite frankly, the competition was not even close. After 5 years, the time was ripe to refinance at a lower interest rate, reduce my terms, and leaving my payments to be almost the same. I choose Sutherland Mortgage and again Daniel at the company delivered as promised. Again their closing cost was almost 50% less than the competition. I highly recommend this company for low cost closing.
