So I called after receiving a letter telling me my daughter has possibly been admitted. I called and spoke with a person named SHELLY SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I pleaded with her for info on my child she sounded so happy to tell me she couldn't help. I asked for another way to confirm if my child is there and she got sarcastic while saying no way. I'm so worried and scared I don't know what to do now.
