On November 15, 2019 I bought an Electrolux LMS42S3TMK microwave (PLN 1,400.00 gross). As the microwave is built-in, I asked to send it directly to the carpenter, who made the furniture, so that he could accurately aim for home appliances. On the spot, it turned out that the microwave has a manufacturing defect in the form of scratches visible in the photo. First thought, transport or carpenter. However, it turned out that the defect was inside the door, so that it could not be damaged by an external person. Ufff ... like relief, a simple matter, I make a complaint and replace (either the door or all the equipment). The complaint was sent on 11/12/2019 (so late, because the Lord on the hotline argued that it is probably some kind of foil and can be removed - after bringing it together with the furniture, I stated that this was not the foil and it was impossible), 19/12/2019 came The gentleman from the website (I will mention that I could have dreamed of any culture - you were very offended that he had to bother before Christmas and I still had the audacity to be 10 minutes late, of course I apologized). Fortunately, you confirmed that the defect is factory and we must wait for the complaint to be considered. It will be a decision either to replace all the equipment or only the damaged item ............... long waiting response to the complaint has finally arrived !!!! We have 10.02.2020. - 1.5 months !!!!!! (sic!) Refusal to accept a complaint because, THE FAULT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL!?!? JOKE??? So the microwave could come to me, even spray-painted or with a broken door, and you wouldn't recognize it because it is heating?!?!? I'll tell you something, I once bought equipment, a certain brand (oven and hood) that no longer exists (it had something from the Master in it, p) and found that the clocks were late, so I reported it. Although I got the answer quickly, but just as unsatisfactory - what are you picking on is not a timer but an oven / hood, the displayed time is for reference only and since you have entered the time is what you have in hand. I wonder why this company ceased to exist?
To sum up, I have built-in equipment, where the only visible element is the door, it looks like it looks, but at least heats it up (although I don't know it yet, because I haven't installed it while waiting for the complaint to be considered).
ELEKTROLUX be shy! I promise not to recommend to anyone who asks about home equipment. And you can be sure that it will be a large crowd of potential customers - a new housing estate, a lot of apartments, everyone is finishing the apartment from "0", everyone is equipped with new equipment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I DO NOT GREETINGS.
