Had been customers for a very long time. After we went shopping on Tuesday we forgot to pick up a game at the information desk (be careful not to read the empty box).
Today I tried to pick it up afterwards but I probably had the wrong invoice receipt. The first thing I get said. The game is not paid for. At the customer it comes across like. You were just in there and stole it. Helpfulness = 0 and very unfriendly.
No more weekly purchases at real. Order games from Amazon and shop at Edeka directly opposite. Saulladen.
