I recently visited a local humane society and was impressed with the care and attention the animals received. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. I didn't end up adopting a pet on that visit, but I would definitely consider Roice-Hurst Humane Society in the future. They seem like a reputable organization.
