I had a billing/account question, I was very clear...

I had a billing/account question, I was very clear about the problem I was having.
The representative said I don t have time for this and hung up on me.
I have never experienced a company treat their customers this way.
They can get away with it because it s a monopoly.
I wish I could give 0 stars.
