I had an average experience with the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and I felt like I was just another customer to them. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don't think I would go back.
