Another horrible experience....

Another horrible experience....
The food is great but the service.....
Was told an hour for delivery, after waiting a half hour past the delivery time I decided to call and ask about my order. I was told "I will be leaving in a couple of minutes, just waiting on two more orders and then i have two deliveries and then we will be there...
I decided just to pick up the pizza, which at this point had obviously been cooked for an hour and when I went in to pick it up and pay, had yet another 20 minute wait until I had to finally budge in line and ask for the damn pizza....
There where three delivery cars in the parking lot when I both entered and left the premise.
Terrible.
