My visit was today 4-28-18, My family and I came a little over an hour away to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. Our reservations were made over the phone 5 days prior. When I arrived the woman at the front desk could not find our reservations, right away I bacame frustrated and worried. After some digging the woman noticed my reservation was made for the wrong day (the day before) at this point i became very upset because I went over my reservations twice over the phone not only the original time I booked the room but I called back another time to add something to the reservation. Now here i sit upset because I have a car full of kids and my son's 13th birthday is ruined because the money is already removed from my credit card and won't be on the quick enough to just "go somewhere else", anyways thr manager their named curtis was ABSOLUTELY amazing he seen the distress in my face and gave me the option to come back with a voucher when ever or refund, like i said if i was to refund it would talk 3-7 days to receive it so i took the option of the voucher but with my voucher he gave up complimentary swim passes for my sons birthday and he also gave him a arcade card!! Every turned out great and I am so thankful... thanks so much curtis!
