I've been practicing Pilates for years and Teague Classical Pilates is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are experienced and make every class enjoyable. The studio has a peaceful ambience, allowing me to fully focus on my practice. I would highly recommend Teague Classical Pilates to anyone looking for a great Pilates experience.
