Recently used the Mines Oklahoma Dept Of website and it was easy to find the required information. However, it would be great if they could improve the search functionality to make it more efficient. The design and user interface were good, providing a pleasant browsing experience. I cannot comment on their customer service as I haven't interacted with them yet. Based on the website experience, I would rate them as great.
