Very nice facility, read some of the reviews and I feel that the facility actually reads the reviews and addresses them, maybe not to everyone s satisfaction, but I have seen improvements over the last year. Great variety of activities, exercise equipment and classes. I will say, recently, I have noticed more individuals sitting on exercise equipment texting for long periods of time, holding up other patrons workouts, which can be frustrating. Kudos to Kempsville Rec Center for making positive changes...
