My experience with TripTouch was not as I expected. The website was difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find the information I needed. The booking process was cumbersome, and I encountered several technical issues. The customer support team was not very helpful, and it took a long time to resolve my problems. I would not recommend TripTouch for travel planning.
