I recently had an average experience with a car I purchased from Holt BMW. The car itself is great; however, the customer service I received was lacking. I had some issues with the paperwork and it took longer than expected to resolve. Although the website was easy to navigate, I expected better assistance from the staff. Overall, it was an average experience.
