I find it completely ridiculous that so many taxis...

I find it completely ridiculous that so many taxis have a problem with credit cards. I used this service the other day, taxi driver wanted me to pay cash which I didn't have, he said the machine was broken so he did my charge by hand/over the phone...and I was charged TWICE! Total BS.
