I bough this unit, I haven t been able to use it. The unit didn t came with the manual. I had to download the manual online. My system doesn t have an Rc or Rh wire and the manual tells me if that s the case to call customer support who by the way don t take phone calls and I ve been sending emails for 2 weeks and nobody bothers to help me. I wasted $299 for this and now not even a certified tech wants to installed. I m getting a lawyer and going to have to sue the company. If somebody from allure EverSense read this please check the customer support email I ll give you another week before a sue. Worst thing happens to me. Should stay away from this
