I would rate Image Quality Labs, Inc. as average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have found their customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with a recent order and it took multiple calls and emails to get a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I felt that the overall quality of the product I received was just okay. It wasn't exceptional or terrible, but it didn't wow me either. I think there is definitely room for improvement.
