I am a customer and I have to say that my experience with Harold Barton has been average. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. I was expecting a bit more from such a renowned company. Nevertheless, their products are of good quality and I haven't had any major issues with them. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
