Disappointing experience with Sancton Access

I had a disappointing experience with Sancton Access from day one. The installers disregarded my guidelines on where to place the anchors for the Fraco machines, and unexpected extra charges kept appearing at every opportunity. It never felt like they had my best interests in mind.

While they were quick to sign the contract, once the work began, it became clear that their focus was more on maximizing costs than providing solutions. Sales representative Stephen Brown seemed more concerned with finding ways to charge extra rather than helping make the process smoother for the client.

Additionally, the equipment itself was not the best quality. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about dealing with companies that prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Sancton Access to anyone looking for a reliable and client-focused service.
